Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.

Refund Policy

The refund amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days in the customer's account. If it is not credited in 7 working days, then kindly reach out to us so we can help you further.
Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return can only be done incase we do not have any replacement product to send i.e. the product is out of stock.
If customer do not wish to take replacement product, he can request for any other product of same value or coupon of same value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of online payment, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email for further process.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
